The position of inquiries in economical systems and
it’s role on economical growth and development

Abstract:
Various economical systems are analyzed as analysis of economical regime. So at first, We rated different economical systems on the basis of classification of Helmot Lypod and Norbert, according to economical regime; and then assessed the position of study and investigations theoretically in different economical systems and explained that various economical systems on the basis of ideology, caused to form a total frame of economy in every country, and we estimated theoretically the amount of duties and authorities and at least major role of constitution ( system of government) in economy of that country and also, other economical structures of country, which act according to current system, from by passage of time and try to adapt itself in connect with enormous strategies and variation across it’s movement. In fact, the quality of formation and spread of role fulfillment (according to theory of Rosto step) to provide necessary things for growth of private parts. Furthermore, we assessed some indications like internal impure production and it’s long-range growth, and per head income and it’s long-range growth, and development of internal impure investment and share of private part and government from total investment and participation of woman and children in internal impure production and quality of distribution of income and underclass people and export with high technology and expenses of inquiry and development, and investigators number in a span of long range. Beside we divided different countries, according to World Bank classification on the basis of the per head income, into various groups and we progressed this investigation by statistical search.
It can be claimed that those systems which current system (constitution) which basic investment could more the wheels of economical development and growth and in the other processes and appreciate private part to investment and in economical maturity step that severely need to hygiene, training, researches made government, by using the basic investment, to improve public convenience. And besides, by encouragement of private part to do it, could answer the society requirement. It is possible by direct investment and activity of government and it’s indirect effort such as production of laws and limitations and also productions some necessities in order to development and growth of private part, by creative of competitive areas and equal opportunities in level of society. The result of such strategy in centralized on studious levels in economical institutions that expands itself to raise the quality and also decrease the ended expense of product by achieving the technology in high activity. In other words, try to apply high technology of their product, not only, in order to provide internal needs, but also country compete in markets at international arenas. Evidently economical growth and development of each country, in each steps of growth and development, needs investigative and development expenses. So, the aforesaid country could guard itself in international economical competitive arenas. As statistics show, those countries which paid high expenses to inquiries and development and also, furthest investment in order to attract some technicians in studious matters and own highest percent of expertness with high technology and also could gain up steps of economical growth and development by preserving of international markets and securing their needs.
By analyzing the investigations position in Iran a chronological span of twenty – year – old, (1357-1377), is considered. And specialized credits of inquiry and also the ratio of investigations to national impure production and it’s growth and variations in abovementioned period, got analyzed. Besides, economy of country of divided into three parts such industry, agriculture and services. And also relationship between specialized studious credits in each part with added values and also growth and improvement of mentioned parts, were explained and results expressed comparability.
